Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Brows & Waxing by Laura T operates by appointment only. We’re unable to accept walk-ins, so all treatments must be booked and paid for online in advance.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as early as possible.

Cancellations and rescheduling

If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment start time, you can choose another available appointment or request a refund.

If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment start time, your payment will not be refunded or transferred to another booking.

Missed appointments

If you don’t attend your appointment and haven’t contacted us in advance, it will be treated as a no-show. Your payment will not be refunded or transferred to another booking.

Late arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your treatment to avoid delaying the next client. The full treatment price will still apply.

If there is no longer enough time to carry out the treatment safely and properly, your appointment may need to be cancelled. In this situation, your payment will not be refunded or transferred.

Refunds

Any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If we need to cancel your appointment, you can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
